Retired Utica Mayor • First female and longest serving mayor in Utica’s history • Known as the “architect of Utica’s rebirth,” she helped build a section of the Iron Belle Trail and Jimmy John’s Field • Taught in public junior and senior high schools for more than two decades • Business owner with her late husband, Jerry, Utica’s long-time assistant fire chief
